Full Circle Computing, LLC is a private licensed school in Pennsylvania providing workforce training, career readiness, healthcare training, digital skills, and professional development programs. We are expanding our artificial intelligence training offerings and are seeking an experienced AI professional to help strengthen our curriculum and deliver high-quality AI training to students, professionals, organizations, and employer partners.

Position Overview
We are looking for an AI expert who can help us enhance and expand our AI curriculum, teach AI certification courses and professional development classes, and advise us on what corporations, nonprofit organizations, workforce programs, and individuals need from AI training.

The ideal candidate understands both the technical and practical sides of AI. This person should be able to explain AI clearly to beginners while also helping intermediate and advanced learners apply AI tools in real-world work settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, enhance, and expand our AI curriculum for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.
• Help develop AI certification classes and professional training programs.
• Teach live AI classes, workshops, or seminars to students, job seekers, working professionals, and corporate clients.
• Provide guidance on the AI skills that employers, corporations, nonprofit organizations, and individuals need most.
• Create practical training materials, including lesson plans, exercises, activities, slides, assignments, and assessments.
• Teach students how to use AI tools responsibly, effectively, and ethically.
• Cover topics such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, prompt engineering, AI for productivity, AI for workplace performance, AI for decision-making, and AI for business use cases.
• Help design training programs that are accessible to beginners but valuable for professionals and organizations.
• Stay current on AI tools, trends, workplace adoption, and emerging certification opportunities.

Ideal Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other commonly used AI platforms.
• Experience teaching, training, coaching, or presenting to adult learners.
• Ability to explain AI concepts in a simple, practical, and engaging way.
• Experience developing curriculum, training programs, instructional materials, or certification courses.
• Understanding of how businesses and organizations are using AI to improve productivity, communication, decision-making, and operations.
• Familiarity with workforce development, career training, corporate training, or adult education is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, prompt engineering, automation tools, productivity tools, or AI-powered business applications is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience teaching AI, digital skills, technology, business productivity, or workforce training.
• Experience developing or teaching certification-based courses.
• Experience working with corporations, nonprofits, schools, workforce boards, or government-funded training programs.
• Knowledge of responsible AI use, data privacy, workplace policies, and ethical AI practices.
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, image generation tools, automation platforms, or no-code/low-code AI tools.

Pay: $30.00 - $100.00 per hour
