Position Location: Markham, ON, CA
Position: Fulltime/ Subcon
Mode: Hybrid (Mandatorily need to visit office 3 days (Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday)

Job Description:

• 12+ years in data engineering, cloud analytics, or architecture roles.
• 5+ years of deep hands-on experience with Snowflake architecture and performance tuning.
• Strong experience in the insurance domain (Life, P&C, Health, or Commercial lines).
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions (RAG, LLM apps, embeddings, vector databases).
• Strong SQL, Python, Snowpark, and cloud platform expertise (AWS preferred).
• Experience integrating Snowflake with AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure AI, Cortex).
• Strong understanding of governance, data privacy, and insurance compliance.
• Excellent communication, solutioning, and leadership skills.
• Should be SnowPro Certified and should have one professional level certification from AWS/Azure/GCP.
