Senior Fullstack AI Engineer

McLean, VA June 1, 2026

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Generative AI applications. You will work closely with AI scientists, product managers, UX designers, and data engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, and Generative AI applications.
• Develop modern front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Design and implement Python-based microservices and REST APIs.
• Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Integrate LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Implement AI evaluation frameworks, observability, governance, safety guardrails, and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including full stack development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI or LLM-based solutions.
• Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, Python, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI Agents, and multi-agent systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch, Chroma, or pgvector.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, and modern software design patterns.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and enterprise AI governance.
• Contributions to open-source projects, technical publications, or AI-focused initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Provide a GitHub profile or code repository for review.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with production AI systems, AI Agents, and modern GenAI frameworks.
