Senior AI Engineer (ML/Data Science Specialist)

Sloboda Studio is seeking a Senior AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI system architecture. You’ll work on building and scaling AI-powered solutions that directly support the client’s global operations in the travel tech domain (ticket aggregation and reselling). This is a high-impact role focused on delivering production-ready AI solutions with measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI applications using cutting-edge LLM technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA)
• Architect scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and advanced AI workflows
• Utilize orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, vLLM, LMDeploy
• Integrate vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone, Milvus) into AI pipelines
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to drive AI adoption
• Present results and models to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives
• Drive the full development lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to deployment and monitoring
• Follow MLOps and LLMOps best practices for scalability, reproducibility, and performance

Qualification

• 6+ years of experience designing and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems
• Proven experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architecture
• Proficient in Python, Java, Golang and SQL
• Strong understanding of model evaluation, feature engineering, and preprocessing
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision
• Experience deploying scalable AI systems for real-time, high-performance environments is a plus
