Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, actions, generative answers, and agent orchestration patterns.

• Implement multi-step, goal-oriented agent workflows using Agent Flows, decision logic, and contextual memory.

• Leverage Azure AI Foundry to select, configure, evaluate, and operationalize foundation models, including prompt engineering, grounding, and evaluation pipelines.

• Integrate Copilot Studio agents with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Content Safety) to enable grounding, Responsible AI controls, and high-quality responses.

• Build backend orchestration and automation using Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 connectors.

• Enable secure enterprise integrations using Microsoft Graph, APIs, and Azure-based services (Functions, API Management where applicable).

• Support enterprise-scale deployment, including environment strategy, solution packaging, lifecycle management, and CI/CD alignment.

• Implement security, governance, and Responsible AI controls, including data access boundaries, DLP policies, auditability, and compliance with BFSI regulations.

• Design and execute agent testing, evaluation, and optimization strategies, using Azure AI Foundry metrics and Copilot Studio testing capabilities.

• Collaborate with business, architecture, security, and risk stakeholders through discovery, design, and delivery phases.

• Document solution architecture, agent patterns, operational runbooks, and best practices.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $105,000 per year
