AI Implementation Specialist

We're not looking for someone with 10 years of experience. We're looking for someone who loves to explore, isn't afraid to experiment, and gets genuinely excited about solving problems with new technology.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Research and evaluate AI tools that can streamline legal workflows (document review, drafting, summarization, intake, and more).
• Help implement and test AI solutions across our day-to-day operations.
• Create simple guides and SOPs so the team can adopt new tools with confidence.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to identify pain points AI can solve.
• Stay ahead of trends in legal tech and bring fresh ideas to the table.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Current college student (any major welcome — bonus points for tech, law, business, or communications).
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn fast, work independently, and ask great questions.
• Detail-oriented with a knack for organizing information clearly.
• No prior law firm experience required — we'll teach you what you need to know.

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

• Familiarity with legal software (Clio, DocuSign, or similar).
• Experience building simple automations or workflows.
• A portfolio, project, or class work showcasing your tech curiosity.
