AI & Data Governance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI & Data Governance Specialist to help drive initiatives that ensure regulatory compliance, foster innovation, and enable the responsible adoption of AI across the organization.

In this role, you will work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment where your expertise will contribute to establishing and strengthening data and AI governance practices that support business objectives and emerging technologies.

Tasks

Experience implementing and managing data governance and AI governance frameworks.
Strong knowledge of data management, AI governance, and enterprise governance best practices.

Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and compliance or regulatory functions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical background in AI, solution architecture, or a related discipline.

Experience as an AI Solution Architect or in a similar role, with knowledge of modern AI technologies, platforms, and enterprise architecture principles.

Ability to evaluate new AI initiatives by assessing feasibility, governance requirements, compliance considerations, and implementation approaches.

Practical experience implementing the EU AI Act and the EU Data Act, including translating regulatory requirements into governance frameworks, processes, controls, and organizational adoption efforts.
