Help Build One of Canada's Most AI-Driven Home Service Companies

At My Home Handyman, we're on a mission to build one of the most innovative home service companies in Canada.

We're looking for someone who loves technology, automation, AI, and solving business problems.

This is one of the most important strategic hires in our company.

You'll work directly with the owner and leadership team to design and improve the systems that power our entire business.

This is not an IT support position.

You won't be fixing printers or resetting passwords.

Instead, you'll be responsible for improving how our company operates through better technology, smarter automation, AI implementation, and connected software.

What You'll Be Responsible ForCRM & Business Systems

• Design and improve our HubSpot CRM
• Build custom sales pipelines and workflows
• Create dashboards and reporting
• Improve customer communication and lead management
• Design systems that help our sales team perform at a higher level

Automation

• Build automations using Make.com and other automation platforms
• Connect HubSpot with Jobber and future software platforms
• Eliminate repetitive manual work
• Improve data flow across departments
• Build approval workflows and automated notifications
• Continuously look for opportunities to simplify how we work

AI Leadership

Help us become an AI-first company.

You'll continually research, test and implement practical AI tools that improve productivity across every department.

Examples include:

• AI meeting summaries
• Proposal generation
• Customer follow-up automation
• AI sales coaching
• Automated reporting
• Internal knowledge systems
• AI assistants for office staff
• Customer communication

We don't expect you to know every AI tool.

We do expect you to love learning and experimenting.

Continuous Improvement

One of your biggest responsibilities will be identifying inefficiencies and finding better ways to operate.

You'll constantly be asking questions like:

• Why are we doing this manually?
• Can this be automated?
• Can AI help?
• Is there a simpler way?
• How can we save our team time?

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year you will have:

• Connected our major software systems
• Built world-class CRM workflows
• Reduced hundreds of hours of manual work
• Improved reporting across the company
• Increased AI adoption throughout the business
• Helped every department become more efficient

What We're Looking For

Experience with several of the following is preferred:

• HubSpot
• Make.com
• Zapier
• APIs & software integrations
• CRM administration
• Workflow automation
• AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar)
• Business process improvement
• Dashboards & reporting
• Data analysis
• Basic programming or scripting (an asset)

Construction experience is not required.

Compensation

• $80,000–$100,000 annual salary
• Performance bonus
• Paid vacation

Exceptional candidates with a proven track record of implementing business systems, automation, and AI solutions may be considered above the posted salary range.
