What You will Do: Leveraging AI/ML: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to personalize learning pathways; recommend relevant content, and predict student performance. ? Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, instructional designers, and product managers to translate educational needs into effective AI solutions. ? Data Engineering: Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for model training and evaluation. ? Model Optimization: Monitor and optimize model performance to ensure continuous improvement. ? Technical Leadership: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and contribute to the technical expertise of the team. Who You Are: ? Experience: 3-4 years of experience applying AI/ML to solve real-world problems. ? Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). ? Data Expertise: Experience with data analysis libraries (Scikit-learn, Pandas, etc.) and databases (SQL/NoSQL). ? Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in education. ?
