Job Description

The AI Coach will focus on the delivery of analytics use cases, driving their life cycle:

  • Identify and Prioritize Use Cases

    • Assess the current processes and practices to spot opportunities for automation
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture ideas and assess feasibility/impact of AI solutions.
    • Support the design and implementation of Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilots.
    • Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities and BNP Paribas Fortis AI governance framework.
  • Support Adoption and Change

Accompany staff in the day-to-day use of already existing AI solutions (e.g. Copilot), ensuring effective adoption and productivity gains. ( ex: Create a reference library of prompts for HR,...)

+ Act as the bridge between teams and central AI departments.
+ Share best practices and success stories to foster a culture of innovation

Evangelize and Educate

  • Raise awareness of AI opportunities within the department.
  • Deliver training, workshops, and hands-on sessions on the use of AI-powered tools.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (candidates with other academic backgrounds with knowledge of analytics are also encouraged to apply).

Required Experience

You have at least 6 years of relevant experience

Technical Experience

Mandatory

  • Strong culture in AI/GenAI (LLMs, chatbots, predictive models) and their applications in HR.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, risks, and ethical considerations.

Business Experience

Mandatory

  • Experience in leading transformation initiatives, ideally in digital or AI adoption.
  • Strong facilitation and training skills (workshops, coaching sessions, presentations).
  • Ability to inspire, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong communicator, diplomatic and customer-oriented
