This role is ideal for a product-minded consultant or solution designer who can blend conceptual thinking, business acumen, and AI literacy to build differentiated offerings that win in the market. In this role, you will:

• Design and develop high-impact AI use cases and scalable offerings aligned to industry demand
• Own conceptual and architectural design for prioritized AI use cases and offerings.
• Translate complex business challenges into structured AI solution blueprints and value propositions
• Build compelling narratives, POVs, and reusable assets that differentiate Cognizant in the market
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to drive discovery, ideation, and early engagement
• Support strategic pursuits by articulating clear value, ROI, and transformation outcomes

Work model

What you need to have to be considered

• Significant relevant experience in consulting, solution design, AI/digital strategy, or product/experience

design

• Proven ability to frame business problems and translate them into AI or digital solution architectures
• Strong commercial acumen with experience linking technology solutions to measurable business value
• Experience working with AI platforms, GenAI ecosystems, or advanced analytics use cases
• Demonstrated stakeholder management across sales, consulting, engineering, and business teams

• Experience designing or launching AI-led offerings or products in a client-facing environment
• Strong storytelling and executive communication skills
• Familiarity with industry-specific AI applications
• Exposure to value modeling, pricing strategies, and ROI frameworks
• Ability to facilitate client workshops and ideation sessions
