AI Specialist - Public

Position Summary

The AI Specialist (Public) will own the evaluation and training lifecycle of external enterprise AI tools. The role will partner with business users to identify operational gaps, deploy approved public AI solutions, and ensure these tools deliver measurable business outcomes including individual efficiency gains. The role requires an operations expert who can balance hands-on tool evaluation with compliance oversight and drive adoption across business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously evaluate the external market for public AI tools applicable to Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Onboarding
• Develop and conduct training programs for operations staff on safe, compliant, and efficient AI tool usage
• Act as the first line of operational support for teams experimenting with approved external AI applications
• Identify high-value operational use cases where a public tool's success justifies internal, proprietary development
• Track KPIs tied to user adoption rates, training completion, and individual time-savings

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fund operations, transfer agency, or fund accounting
• Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and deliver measurable operational outcomes
• Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with public generative AI tools
• Ability to work effectively with end-users to drive training and adoption
• Deep understanding of data privacy and information security principles within financial services
• Exceptional communication and training skills
• Operator mindset with a focus on execution and productivity outcomes
