About KPMG NewTech - AI Transformation

KPMG NewTech works with some of Denmark's largest organisations to put AI to work. Our AI Transformation team sits at the centre of this, operating across two areas that go hand in hand: we design and implement AI solutions and transformations, and we help organisations change how they work through AI adoption.

A big part of what makes us different is our NewPractice methodology – our approach to redefining how organisations build AI-native processes from the ground up. It is not about putting AI onto existing ways of working. It is about rethinking work itself.

What you will be doing

You will run AI transformation projects, from the first client conversation through to go-live and adoption. That means working closely with clients to understand their business, structuring the project, managing the team and timeline, and making sure the solution delivers on the targeted value.

You will also be expected to spot opportunities, contribute to proposals, and help grow our client relationships. We are not looking for someone who just executes: We want someone who takes initiative and brings their own ideas.

A central part of the role is working with AI yourself. We use AI across everything we do: From running our projects smarter, developing our methods faster, and showing clients first-hand what good AI adoption looks like. You will be expected to use AI tools actively in your day-to-day work and to help build a team culture where that is the norm, not the exception.

Day-to-day, that includes things like:

• Managing AI transformation projects end-to-end: Scoping, delivery, and adoption
• Working directly with client teams to design AI-native processes using our NewPractice methodology
• Keeping projects on track: timeline, budget and, stakeholder alignment
• Using AI tools regularly in your own work and helping clients and colleagues do the same
• Translating what our technical teams build into something clients understand and want to use
• Identifying new opportunities at existing clients and contributing to proposals
• Helping develop our methods and delivery approach as we scale

What we are looking for

You have 3–6 years of experience from consulting or a similar demanding environment. You know how to run a project and keep stakeholders aligned, and you have worked with technology or transformation in some form.

More specifically, we look for:

• Experience managing or playing a central role in complex technology or transformation projects
• Some background in AI, automation, or digital transformation – whether in strategy, delivery, or change
• You use AI tools in your work today and are eager to push that further
• A structured way of working and a head for keeping things moving
• Good at communicating with senior stakeholders: Clear, direct, no fluff
• Comfortable working in an evolving environment where not everything is defined in advance
• Genuinely curious about AI, what it means for how organisations work, and how the latest AI trends are changing the business landscape
• Fluency in English and Danish
• A relevant master's degree
