Key responsibilities:

• Develop GenAI/RAG reference architectures on Azure.
• Develop AI agents and enable connectivity to enterprise systems via power automate.
• Design and deliver AI solutions for IT and Business Services
• Ability to work on pipelines for PDF/image OCR, layout-aware parsing, semantic chunking, and metadata enrichment.
• Implement vector + lexical hybrid search and semantic rerankers.
• Design prompt strategies, context assembly, and answer validation.
• Build secure, scalable deployments on AKS/Functions with CI/CD and observability.
• Enforce policy controls, content filtering, and auditability.
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and mentor engineers.
