  • Core Engineering Experience: 5+ years of overall experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science, or analytics engineering.
  • Microsoft Ecosystem & Administration Experience: 3–7 years of technical experience within SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and the Power Platform. Must have strong administrative knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, robust access controls, and Microsoft Purview (data governance, DLP, and compliance).
  • Applied AI Experience: 1+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered solutions in client or enterprise environments.
  • Agnostic AI Tooling: Hands-on experience with conversational AI and deployment platforms (like Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio), combined with experience utilizing broad foundation models (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) via APIs.
  • Architecture & Process Design: Strong understanding of enterprise workflow automation, system integration, and business process modeling. Proven ability to create technical design documents and architectural diagrams for complex enterprise systems.
  • Professional Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical governance teams and non-technical business users.
