AI Expert - NextGen - Automation & Innovation Department
- Lead technical design and architecture for AI systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Guide team members (developers, AI engineers, data scientists) through best practices and code reviews.
- Own cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS and GCP for AI workloads, including cost optimization and security.
- Ensure system reliability and performance, troubleshooting distributed systems and optimizing resource usage.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack.
what do you bring?
- 3+ years in AI projects.
- Deep understanding of GenAI concepts – Transformers, Pretraining, Finetuning
- Proven experience leading technical teams (mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions).
- Ability to translate business goals into technical strategies.
- Track record of delivering Software/AI projects from concept to production.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Feeling comfortable with Scripting (Bash, Python)
- Experience working with AI Engineers, System Architects, and Cloud Architects
- Problem solving mindset - ability to troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems, as well as help Engineers in their daily work
- Attention to detail
- Good English skills - B2
