Charlotte, NC (Onsite) Visa: US CitizenGreen CardGC-EADH1BH4-EADTNEAD Primary Skills: IVR | Google CX Agent Studio (CX AS / CS AS) | Conversational AI | Agentic AI | Python | API Integration | CRM | BSS | OSS | Order Management | Contact Center Platforms | Telecom Domain JD: We are looking for an experienced IVR & Conversational AI Architect with strong expertise in Google CX Agent Studio (CS AS/CX AS) to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade IVR and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience building Agentic AI workflows using Google CX AS, strong Python programming skills, and experience integrating conversational AI solutions with CRM, Billing Systems (BSS), OSS, Order Management, and Contact Center platforms. Candidates should have prior Telecom industry experience and must be capable of leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving end-to-end solution delivery.
