Employment Type: Flexible (0.2–1.0 FTE), including full-time and part-time appointments.

About the Role

We are looking for motivated early-career AI engineers to join our research-driven team. This role is ideal for current Master’s or PhD students, recent graduates, or early-career researchers who are passionate about building practical AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing AI applications based on LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Implement AI models and data processing pipelines.
• Conduct experiments and benchmark AI systems.
• Support software development, testing, and deployment.
• Read and implement recent AI research.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and researchers on product development.

Qualifications

Required

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Passion for AI and software development.
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

No prior industry experience is required.

Preferred

• Experience with machine learning, LLMs, or AI projects.
• Open-source contributions, research experience, or publications are an advantage.
