Your role and impact

As a consultant at Curious Mind, you won't just be managing content; you’ll be orchestrating change. • Drive AI integration: Pioneer the practical and operational use of emerging technologies in everyday content work.
• Build automated flows: Hands-on design and implementation of intelligent workflows that create measurable business impact.
• Navigate complexity: Guide clients through digital transformation, acting as a trusted advisor while staying deeply involved in the delivery.
• Stay ahead: Continuously explore, test, and implement new tools, ensuring our clients benefit from the latest developments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, digital communication, or strategic consulting.
• Proven experience in operational work, specifically creating automated content flows and implementing AI tools.
• Deep expertise in content thinking combined with technical curiosity and a "maker" mindset.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
