Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI**/ML** Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, Generative AI**, and production-grade ML systems**. You will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver intelligent, data-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, train, and deploy ML and AI models for real-world applications.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment.
• Implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, etc.).
• Build and optimize NLP systems for chatbots, conversational AI, summarization, and information retrieval.
• Apply prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
• Fine-tune transformer models and evaluate model performance.
• Deploy ML models using MLOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining).
• Collaborate with data engineers to handle large-scale structured and unstructured data.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference latency.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Ensure ethical AI, data privacy, and model governance standards.
