As a Senior Field Applications Engineer, you will serve as the trusted technical advisor to customers deploying state-of-the-art semiconductor test solutions for AI and HPC applications. You will collaborate with industry-leading engineers and architects to solve some of the most challenging test and characterization problems in the semiconductor industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary technical interface between customers and engineering teams.
• Support customer engagements from evaluation through production deployment.
• Work with customers to develop and optimize test solutions for AI, HPC and advanced semiconductor devices.
• Diagnose complex electrical, software, and system-level issues in customer environments.
• Collaborate with product development teams to influence future hardware and software roadmaps.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training to customers and industry stakeholders.
• Develop semiconductor device test program from scratch, and assisting customers enhance their programs.
• Participate to the design/review of device under test interfaces (Load boards, Probe cards, BIB, SLT application boards)
• Create reproducible test cases to assist engineering, the factory or repair center to make continuous improvements.
• Able to troubleshoot down to device and load-board level
• Assist customer in device failure analysis: Analysis device failure pattern and causes.
• Build and deliver customer demonstrations and training.
• Knowledge and use of AI for application engineering.
• Provide technical support to customers and field team either on-site or through phone or email.
• Must be able to travel frequently and on short notice

Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required:

• BS, MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor test, ATE, silicon validation, applications engineering, or product engineering.
• Deep understanding of modern semiconductor technologies, including AI/HPC devices, advanced packaging, memory subsystems, or high-speed interfaces.
• Experience with automated test equipment, characterization, debug, or production test methodologies.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively across global engineering and customer teams.
• Solid and structured approach to problem solving
• Self-driven in pursuing technical knowledge needed for the job
• Fluent in English Language. Fluent in a second language would be a plus.
