We’re looking for an Applied AI Engineer who brings AI into production

As an Applied AI Engineer, you work at the intersection of models and implementation. You understand how AI works. But more importantly, how to apply it in concrete use cases.

You also guard the fundamentals: consistent output, performance, cost efficiency, and secure handling of data.

What will you do?

• Work with LLMs (prompting, RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning)
• Build AI pipelines and experiment with solutions
• Optimize performance, cost, and quality
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate AI into products
• Evaluate and select the right techniques per use case
• Stay up to date with developments in AI

Who are we looking for?

• Strong technical background (Python, ML frameworks, …)
• Experience with AI / LLM use cases
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval techniques
• You can turn theory into practical solutions
• You enjoy working hands-on and experimenting quickly
• You think in impact, not complexity
• You understand the trade-offs around quality, performance, security, and cost
• You can demonstrate experience bringing AI use cases into working production environments
