We are seeking an exceptional AI Automation Instructor to join our growing team.
This is not a traditional teaching role.
We are looking for someone who can inspire executives, simplify complex concepts, and guide participants through building practical AI solutions that create real business impact.

The Opportunity

As an AI Automation Instructor, you will lead workshops and hands on implementation sessions at executive retreats and corporate events throughout the United States.

You will work directly with business owners, executives, managers, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers who are seeking to implement AI into their organizations.

Your mission is to help attendees move beyond curiosity and into practical application.

Responsibilities

Executive Retreat Facilitation Lead engaging AI automation workshops Present to executive and professional audiences Facilitate group discussions and breakout sessions Provide hands on guidance during implementation exercises Help attendees identify automation opportunities within their businesses AI Automation Expertise Teach and demonstrate: AI Assistants AI Agents ChatGPT Claude Workflow Automation Lead Generation Systems CRM Integrations Email Automation Scheduling Automation Customer Service Automation Knowledge Management Systems Business Process Optimization Strategic Consulting Help participants identify operational bottlenecks Develop automation roadmaps Recommend tools and implementation strategies Translate business needs into practical AI solutions

Curriculum Development Stay current on emerging AI technologies Recommend new tools and resources Contribute to workshop development Assist in creating future certification programs

Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Has advanced knowledge of AI and automation platforms Has built real-world automations and AI agents Understands business operations and workflows Can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Is an engaging presenter and facilitator Is comfortable speaking to executives and leadership teams Enjoys travel and live events Possesses a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit Experience with platforms such as: ChatGPT Claude Zapier Make N8N Airtable HubSpot Salesforce Notion Google Workspace Microsoft 365 is highly desirable.

Travel Requirements

Travel throughout the United States (Some International Travel)

Weekend availability required

Transportation, lodging, and meals provided and approved business expenses covered.

Compensation Flexible compensation models available: Per Event Compensation Daily Facilitation Rate Revenue Sharing Opportunities Long Term Strategic Partnership Opportunities Compensation range will vary based on experience, expertise, and scope of engagement.
