We are currently building a new business area focused on agentic AI development, helping our clients automate the work that shouldn't require a human. You will play a central role in shaping this business area from its very foundation.

What you will do

We are now looking for new colleagues that are proficient within agentic AI development. You will work as part of our team and with our clients and help them automate manual processes. We think this will include:

Understand the business well enough to know what's worth automating and what isn't

Design and build agentic AI systems that run in production

Take responsibility from architecture through deployment

Help clients understand what they're getting and why it matters

Your focus will be on both agent architecture and code as well as sitting across the table from non-technical leaders.

Who you are

We believe that you are an experienced software engineer who has built and shipped agentic AI systems, using the Anthropic SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or something comparable. You know what multi-agent orchestration looks like in production and you've hit the edge cases and know how to handle them.

Hands-on experience with at least one agent SDK and production deployments to showcase it

Solid grasp of the patterns: tool use, orchestration, MCP, RAG pipelines, evaluation, reliability

Understanding of data quality and pipelines

A feel for business: you can look at a workflow and figure out where AI would create value

Comfortable in a room with different competences, both tech and non-tech people

You are able to look past the AI hype and you care about whether something works reliably, not whether it's built on the framework of the month.
