Job description

Lead the design and development of enterprise Generative AI applications supporting critical business functions.
Build scalable AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.
Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities and convert requirements into technical solutions.
Mentor AI Engineers and establish engineering best practices for coding, testing, documentation, and deployment.
Collaborate with architects, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and data teams to deliver secure, production-ready AI solutions.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements that align with enterprise strategy.
Optimize AI models for performance, reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
Present technical recommendations, solution designs, and implementation updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
