Senior AI Engineer

We're partnering with a technology company in Oslo that is investing heavily in AI and building a new product designed to transform a major Norwegian industry. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, take ownership of AI initiatives and play a key role in shaping both the product and the wider AI strategy. You'll work in a multidisciplinary, product focused environment with plenty of autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact.

Must haves

Commercial experience building AI solutions using LLMs

Strong understanding of NLP, prompt engineering, RAG and AI agents

Experience orchestrating and evaluating AI systems in production

Familiarity with platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Vertex AI or Anthropic

Experience working within agile product teams

Fluent in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish

Nice to haves

Software engineering experience

Cloud platform experience

Experience building scalable production systems

Passion for emerging AI technologies and innovation

Strong communication and collaboration skills
