Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven AI Automation Engineer with expertise in integration development, workflow automation, and data analytics/BI. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable automation solutions, build seamless integrations across enterprise systems, and enable data-driven decision-making through analytics and reporting.

Strong development skills in Java/J2EE for extending IAM capabilities and integrations.

Experience working with LDAP directories, especially OpenDJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Integration Development & Engineering

Design, develop, and maintain APIs, connectors, and integration pipelines across internal and external systems.

Enable seamless data exchange between enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party tools.

Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines to support automation and analytics use cases.

Ensure integrations are secure, scalable, and performant.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues while maintaining system reliability.
- Automation Development & Workflow Management

Design and implement automation workflows using tools such as Power Automate or equivalent platforms.

Develop automated solutions for notifications, approvals, exception handling, and business process orchestration.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for workflow design and process optimization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and streamline manual processes.

Monitor, maintain, and enhance automation workflows to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

Perform data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation across systems.

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Enable real-time and rapid reporting for business and operational insights.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across reporting systems.

Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into analytical models and visualizations.
