Our client is recruiting a Project Manager to lead AI integration initiatives and process

improvement programmes. If you're an experienced project professional with strong

Position Overview

This role sits at the heart of how our client identifies, plans and delivers process

improvements and AI integration projects. You'll facilitate critical conversations between

business stakeholders, technical teams and platform owners to uncover workflow

opportunities and define what success looks like. Your work will directly influence how

systems integrate, how teams collaborate and how the organisation evolves its operational

capabilities. You'll own the governance, documentation and delivery of projects that span

multiple departments and external partners.Responsibilities

• Facilitate ideation sessions, stakeholder interviews and process mapping

workshops to identify workflow opportunities and improvement areas

• Define project scope, milestones, success metrics and boundaries in collaboration

with cross-functional teams

• Manage key dependencies across systems, teams and third-party partners to

ensure smooth project progression

• Coordinate with internal platform owners and external stakeholders to align on

requirements and delivery timelines

• Lead requirements workshops to document clear, testable functional and non-

functional requirements

• Support governance meetings by maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones

and RAID logs

• Provide regular status updates and executive summaries using transparent, shared

documentation

• Champion process improvement initiatives by mapping current workflows and

identifying efficiency gains

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional

environments

• Proven expertise in requirements engineering and defining clear, testable

specifications

• Demonstrated ability to obtain stakeholder commitment and manage competing

priorities

• Strong understanding of application integration architecture and system

dependencies

• Experience leading process improvement initiatives and workflow optimisation

programmes

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills across technical and non-technical

audiences

• Proficiency in project governance, RAID log management and documentation

practices

• Ability to work with multiple teams, platforms and third-party organisations
