Enterprise Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI, Data, and Digital Architecture strategy

• Develop target architecture and transformation roadmap

• Lead AI/GenAI adoption (LLMs, RAG, Copilot ecosystems)

• Architect modern data platforms (lakehouse, real-time, data mesh)

• Establish AI governance, data governance, and security frameworks

• Drive DevOps / DevSecOps adoption with GitHub-led practices

• Define cloud and platform strategy across hybrid/multi-cloud

• Act as trusted advisor to CIO/CDO/business leadership

Must-Have Experience

• 15+ years in IT with Enterprise Architect experience

• Strong AI/ML and Generative AI exposure (LLMs, RAG, MLOps)

• Experience in enterprise data platforms (lakehouse, analytics)

• Proven track record in large-scale transformation programs

• Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar)

• Strong understanding of data and AI governance

Technology Expectations

• Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Fabric/Synapse, Copilot, Power Platform)

• Multi-cloud exposure (AWS/GCP)

• GitHub, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code

• DevOps / DevSecOps practices

• Containers / Kubernetes

Nice to Have

• Experience in Energy/Utilities/Transport domains

• Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, open AI ecosystems

• Experience in product-centric/platform operating models
