Field Sales Representative – AI Voice Agent Demos

We are looking for a confident and dependable Field Sales Representative to visit local plumbing, HVAC, and home-service businesses throughout the Mesa and East Valley area.

You will introduce business owners and managers to an AI-powered phone agent that can answer customer calls, collect job information, identify urgent requests, and help businesses avoid losing leads.

We already have a working plumber demonstration agent. Your job is to reach decision-makers, explain the service, and let them experience a live demonstration on the spot.

Responsibilities

• Visit local plumbing, HVAC, and home-service businesses
• Speak with owners, office managers, and other decision-makers
• Give a short explanation of our AI phone-answering service
• Conduct live two-minute demonstrations using our existing demo agent
• Ask questions about missed calls, after-hours calls, and appointment scheduling
• Collect contact information from interested businesses
• Follow up with qualified prospects
• Record visits, conversations, and follow-up notes in our CRM
• Help interested customers begin the signup process

Pay

• $18 per hour
• Additional bonus for each new paying customer
• Opportunity for increased hours and higher commissions based on performance

Demonstrations are part of the hourly position. Sales bonuses are paid when a customer signs up and activates service.

Schedule

This is a part-time field position starting at approximately 12–16 hours per week.

Typical shifts will be three to four hours during normal business hours, primarily Tuesday through Friday.

You will be assigned specific areas and a list of businesses to visit.

Qualifications

• Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations
• Friendly, professional, and confident
• Able to speak clearly and demonstrate technology
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with reliable internet access
• Organized and able to document every business visit
• Able to work independently and follow a structured sales process
• Previous sales, canvassing, appointment-setting, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required

Ideal Candidate

This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys meeting business owners, is comfortable hearing “no,” and can confidently ask prospects to try a live demonstration.

You do not need advanced technical experience. We will provide the script, demonstration agent, target business list, training, and sales materials.

Performance Expectations

During a typical four-hour shift, representatives should aim to:

• Visit approximately 10–15 qualified businesses
• Speak with owners or managers
• Complete live demonstrations
• Generate serious follow-up opportunities
• Maintain accurate notes for every visit
