• Expert in Python programming and Python data science environment (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Expertise in customer journey modeling (e.g. next best action)
• Solid understanding of statistical methods, experiment design and machine learning algorithms (traditional and deep learning)
• Expertise in usage of LLMs for text classification, interpretability, guardrails and validation of LLM driven predictions

Preferable

• Experience with incremental learning
• Experience with uplift modeling
• Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling, optimization under constraints
