Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture design and development of the front and back end of the AI Agent platform for patent writing.
• Collaborate with the algorithm team to build complex Agent logic using frameworks like LangChain and Langraph.
• Manage the engineering of Prompt Engineering, model interface integration, and optimize long-text processing logic.
• Design and implement smooth AI interactive interfaces, including real-time collaborative editing of documents.

Requirements:

• Backend proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask) or Node.js with strong asynchronous programming skills.
• Frontend expertise in React/Next.js or Vue.js with a deep understanding of CSS layout and responsive design.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL/MySQL and experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate.
• Knowledge of LLM application development stack, Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, and Agent principles.
• Experience with Docker containerization, Git workflow, and a strong focus on code standards and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, efficient use of new tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and a product-oriented mindset towards AI products.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing successful AI Native products.
• Background in patent law or LegalTech projects.
• Familiarity with distributed task scheduling (e.g., Celery) or collaborative editing (e.g., Yjs/Automerge).
• High-quality open-source projects or technical blogs on GitHub.
