Role: Sr. Python/Gen AI Developer

Location: Dallas/Irving TX

(Hybrid, 2 to 3 days onsite)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python/Gen AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python development and a deep understanding of Generative AI technologies. This role will involve working on advanced AI projects, including language model tuning, referencing, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning (DL).

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Python-based solutions for advanced AI projects.

Work on language model tuning and optimization.

Implement referencing techniques to improve model performance.

Utilize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) methods to enhance AI capabilities.

Engage in prompt engineering to fine-tune model outputs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP and DL techniques into AI applications.

Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements & Qualification:

Bachelor//'s or Master//'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field.

Overall 14+ yrs of experience.

5+ years of professional experience in Python development.

Proven experience working with AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.

Working knowledge of Foundational Models and LLMs (Llama2,3, Claude, GPT 3, 3.5,4)

Strong understanding of language model tuning and optimization techniques.

Familiarity with referencing methods and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approaches.

Experience in prompt engineering for fine-tuning model outputs.

Solid background in natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning (DL), with proficiency in TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
