Product Management Leader – AI Portfolio

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Leader to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of EPAM’s AI portfolio in Ireland. This role will be responsible for shaping our AI product offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative AI solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for EPAM’s AI portfolio, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design and sales teams
• Identify customer needs and market trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback and iterate to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
• Represent EPAM’s AI portfolio at industry events, conferences and client meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business or a related field
• 8+ years of product management, in AI/data-driven solutions, or enterprise platforms
• Practical working experience of GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs) and AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment
• Demonstrated success leading end-to-end product development or digital transformation in Financial Services or Healthcare/Life sciences strongly preferred
• Strong client consulting skills — you can communicate AI value to business and technical audiences
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, market trends and the competitive landscape
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is a plus
