System Administrator and AI Enablement Specialist

The System Administrator and AI Enablement Specialist leads the deployment and administration of Brava to power modern, AI-enabled hotel operations. This role combines technical system expertise with strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration to centralize workflows, unify data, and activate AI across the organization. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and visionary, capable of translating business goals into scalable, technology-driven solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Administer and deploy Brava as an enterprise operational platform
• Integrate AI tools and enterprise systems into unified workflows
• Design and maintain AI-enabled automation solutions
• Collaborate with department leaders to align technology with operations
• Train users and support adoption of AI-driven tools

Education & Training

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Training or experience in system administration, automation, or AI platforms

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of workflow automation, data integration, and system administration
• Experience with AI platforms and orchestration concepts
• Strong understanding of data normalization, metadata, and APIs
• Collaborative leadership and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
