About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and AI-driven application development. In this role, you will help design, build, enhance, and modernize enterprise-grade applications using the latest Microsoft technologies.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with .NET 8/.NET Core, C#, Azure cloud services, and modern application architectures. Experience developing AI-enabled solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AI Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is essential.

This position offers the opportunity to work on application modernization initiatives, cloud-native development, API design, and AI integration while collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required QualificationsCore Technical Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core/.NET 8, and enterprise application development.
• Strong background in developing and deploying applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Practical experience with:
• Azure App Services
• Azure Functions
• Azure API Management
• Azure Service Bus
• Azure SQL
• Azure OpenAI
• Azure AI Foundry
• Hands-on experience implementing AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and GitHub Copilot for Developers.
• Experience building microservices, REST APIs, and implementing secure authentication and authorization practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID/B2C.
• Proven experience migrating legacy .NET Framework/Web Forms applications to modern .NET 8 cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, CI/CD automation, and container technologies.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Cosmos DB, and at least one modern front-end framework such as Blazor, React, or Angular.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer working on enterprise applications.
• Strong background in Microsoft Azure cloud development and application modernization.
• Demonstrated experience delivering AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
