E-commerce Product & Digital Content Specialist (AI Tooling)

Job Overview

We are an innovative, AI-driven tech e-commerce start-up operating inside a state-of-the-art 10,000 sqft Smart Factory (ASFT) in Fort Worth, TX. We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy E-commerce Product & Digital Content Specialist (AI Tooling) to fuel our next-gen Print-on-Demand (POD) and marketplace operations.

In this role, you won't just do traditional data entry—you will be at the absolute forefront of the generative AI revolution, leveraging advanced AI tools to accelerate product creation, marketing copywriting, and multi-channel store growth (Temu, Shopify, etc.). Working directly alongside our physical production lines, you will experience a true "Click-to-Manufacture" agile workspace.

Duties & Responsibilities

- AI Image Generation & Sourcing: Utilize tools like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion to generate next-gen trending apparel/home-decor graphics based on market research (via tools like THunt).

- Digital Asset Management: Upscale, organize, and archive high-definition master files, metadata, and prompt parameters systematically into our Odoo 18 ERP system.

- AI-Powered Copywriting: Command generative AI models (ChatGPT-4o, Claude 3.5) to instantly produce high-converting product titles, SEO descriptions, and catchy hooks for our global storefronts.

- Storefront Operations: Execute rapid product listings, price tuning, and stock syncing on e-commerce marketplaces (Temu local semi-managed stores, Shopify, etc.).

- Video Marketing (Bonus): Assist in creating engaging, multi-lingual viral ad creatives or video assets using cutting-edge video AI tools like HeyGen and Runway.

- Cross-Functional Synergy: Seamlessly coordinate with our on-site production operators to conduct physical product color-proofing and rapid sampling.

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience or strong enthusiasm for Generative AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, CapCut, or similar AI workflows).

- Prior experience in e-commerce marketplace operations (Temu, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or Shopify) is a huge plus.

- Basic understanding of graphic formats, resolution enhancement, and file organization.

- Highly proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-tech startup environment.

- Native or professional fluency in English with sharp digital marketing copywriting instincts.

- Strong organizational skills to manage structural workflows in ERP systems (like Odoo).

- Salary Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (Full-time, 40 hours per week).
