Job Description
Context and Mission:
As part of strengthening our IT team and supporting business performance through data, we are looking for an IT & Data Analyst Apprentice.
The apprentice will contribute to data analytics activities (dashboarding, reporting, data processing).
Main Responsibilities:
Data & Analytics
- Assist in gathering business requirements and supporting reporting needs
- Develop and maintain dashboards (mainly using FineReport, and occasionally Power BI)
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
- Participate in data analysis tasks and contribute to performance monitoring
- Support data preparation and data engineering tasks (Using Python)
- Participate in the implementation of ETL processes (data extraction, transformation, and loading)
- Ensure data consistency and reliability
Cross-functional Activities
- Work closely with business teams to understand needs
- Document processes, reports, and solutions implemented
- Participate in ongoing IT and digital transformation projects
Qualifications
Profile Required :
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Data, or Engineering (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- Strong interest in both data analysis and IT systems/infrastructure
- Good proficiency in SQL (mandatory)
- Good proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI or equivalent)
- Understanding of IT fundamentals (network, systems, support)
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
- Good communication skills
- Working language : English
Additional Assets :
Data & BI
- Knowledge of FineReport (or willingness to learn)
- Understanding of ETL concepts and data pipelines
- Familiarity with AI-assisted reporting and data visualization solutions
- Knowledge of Python libraries used in data science and AI (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
- Interest in AI-driven data analytics and automation tools
- Curiosity about automation, predictive analytics, and smart data solutions
AI & Innovation
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts
- Awareness of Generative AI tools in business environments
- First exposure to AI projects, academic work, or personal experimentation is a plus
- Ability to identify opportunities where AI can improve operational efficiency and reporting processes
- Understanding of data quality and ethical considerations in AI usage
IT & Cybersecurity
- First experience (internship/school project) in IT support or data analysis
- Awareness of cybersecurity principles
- Interest in cybersecurity challenges related to AI and data protection
