Duties

• Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions to streamline workflows and improve productivity across various departments.
• Lead digital transformation projects by integrating cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, ensuring seamless migration and deployment of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage virtualization environments using VMware and optimize operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Unix-based systems for maximum performance.
• Develop, test, and maintain scripts using Python, Java, Bash (Unix shell), Shell Scripting, and other programming languages to automate routine tasks.
• Configure and manage network security protocols such as VPNs to ensure secure remote access for distributed teams.
• Oversee database management systems like SQL, Oracle, and ensure data integrity through efficient querying and database administration.
• Support DevOps practices by integrating CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes, and monitoring system health.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to operating systems, cloud environments, or automation tools promptly to minimize downtime.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware.
• Extensive experience with operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Unix variants.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for deploying scalable applications.
• Familiarity with network security protocols including VPN configuration and management.
• Programming expertise in Java, Python, Bash (Unix shell), Shell Scripting for automation development.
• Solid understanding of database systems including SQL queries and Oracle database administration.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple environments efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
