Who we are looking for
We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team, focusing on designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming and practical experience with modern AI frameworks and tools.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related technical field

2+ years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar role
-
Strong programming skills in Python

Experience with generative AI technologies
-
Practical experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar and experience with open-source models deployment and fine-tuning will be a bonus

Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases

Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)

Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker)

Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with OpenAI products and Anthropic Claude

Background in building multi-agent AI-based solutions

Experience with FastAPI or Django frameworks

Knowledge of message queuing systems

Relevant certifications (AWS, etc.)

Background in data engineering or data analysis

- AI Technologies: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LangChain
- Data Processing: Pandas, NumPy, Data Engineering, Data Analysis
- Web Frameworks: FastAPI, Django, REST APIs
- Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS
- Databases: SQL, NoSQL, Vector databases (Pinecone, etc.)
- DevOps: Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines

Your future role
- Design and implement collaborative AI agent environments using OpenAI, Anthropic, and other LLM platforms
- Develop and customize AI agents using existing frameworks and build custom agentic systems
- Create autonomous agent workflows and orchestration systems for complex task execution
- Develop scalable RESTful APIs for AI-powered applications
- Create and optimize natural language processing (NLP) pipelines and workflows
- Implement and fine-tune large language models
- Design and maintain vector databases for efficient retrieval of AI-relevant information
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing products and services
- Containerize and deploy AI services using Docker and cloud platforms
- Optimize AI model performance and ensure system reliability
- Mentor junior team members on AI technologies and best practices
- Stay current with latest advancements in AI and recommend new approaches
