SENIOR AI/ML DATA SCIENTIST

ABOUT THE CLIENT

A German IT consulting and software engineering company with approximately 160 employees. They provide custom software development, IT consulting, managed services, system integration, and staff augmentation to enterprise clients across Germany.

PROJECT DETAILS

You will work on internal solutions that provide procurement teams with intelligent, largely automated insights.
This includes developing and deploying ML and GenAI models that support data pre-evaluation and decision recommendations within automated workflows.

YOUR TEAM

We are building a team of 2 people: Senior AI/ML Data Scientist and Senior Python Backend Software Engineer.
In the long term, the team will expand to more than 10 people in various positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop ML and GenAI models.
• Build intelligent recommendation systems.
• Process structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Deploy models into production environments.
• Support procurement automation initiatives.

SKILLS

Key requirements:

• Solid experience in Machine Learning and/or Generative AI
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data from enterprise systems
• Experience with model deployment in real-world business environments
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or similar GenAI approaches is a plus
