AI Engineer

We are entering an exciting phase of expansion and are seeking a Junior AI Engineer who can help extend our AI capability by designing and building agent based systems that will power the future of our AI programmes.

The Role:

In this role, you will help design, build and deploy intelligent AI agents that automate research, analysis and decision making across complex data and business processes. Working closely with an expert team, you will turn real organisational challenges into autonomous agents that can retrieve information, reason over context, integrate with systems and produce outputs that drive meaningful action. You will experiment with large language models, build retrieval and tool use workflows, engineer integrations and optimise agents for reliability, performance and accuracy. This is a hands on and high impact role for someone who is excited about applied AI and who wants to help reimagine how our business is delivering so that it is faster, smarter and ready for the future. You will contribute directly to the creation of agentic systems that deliver measurable value for clients and transform how problems are solved. Pay: £26,887.95-£36,682.70 per year
