About the internship

We offer an opportunity for highly motivated students or recent graduates to join Mindsight Ventures as AI & Software Development Interns.

You’ll be part of a fast-moving team experimenting with AI agents, front-end and back-end development, and cloud prototypes, contributing to real projects while learning from experienced engineers.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and test prototypes using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python)
• Build and experiment with AI-based systems and automation tools
• Work independently on small research or product modules
• Participate in internal reviews and product demos

Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, AI, or related fields
• Curiosity, autonomy, and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Some experience in coding (front-end, back-end, ML, or DevOps)
• Portfolio, GitHub, or project examples are highly valued
• Availability for a 3-6 month internship (remote or hybrid in Barcelona)

Conditions

• Non-paid academic internship (agreement required with university or institution)
• Full-time or part-time depending on person's availability
• Possibility to join the team for a future paid role
