Ambitious High-Agency Junior AI Native Columbus Engineer/Operator

We’re hiring a rare junior operator who is technical, AI-native, careful, and high-ownership.

This role is for someone who can use AI coding tools to build, debug, verify, and improve real business systems — not someone who only uses ChatGPT casually. You should have real software fundamentals, strong judgment, and the ability to move between automation, operations, product, data, QA, documentation, and detail-sensitive execution.

This is not a pure software engineering role. It is also not a standard admin role. It is a startup generalist role for someone who can make messy workflows cleaner, faster, safer, and more reliable.
