About the role
We're not looking for a PhD or a long CV. We're looking for someone genuinely obsessed with AI who wants to build real systems — not run notebooks or call APIs.

This can be a first job. What matters is that you think clearly, move fast, and care about the problem.

What we're looking for

1. Strong AI fundamentals. You understand how models work at the architecture level, not just how to use them. Experience with computer vision, audio ML, or on-device inference is a significant plus.
2. Builder mentality. You've trained models, built pipelines, or prototyped AI systems in any context. Show us what you've made.
3. Startup mindset. You're comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by seeing your work in production, not in a research repo.

Compensation
€28–40k RAL depending on experience + equity package available.
