As a Junior AI Engineer – Intern, you will join our data science and engineering teams to learn and actively support the development, deployment, and maintenance of machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
This role is designed for early-career candidates who have a solid technical foundation and are eager to gain hands-on experience in real-world AI projects while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The position follows a hybrid work model, with 2–3 days per week working from the office to encourage close collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge sharing with the team.

What tasks await you?

• Support the development of clean, readable, and maintainable Python code for AI and machine learning use cases.
• Assist in writing and optimizing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and basic analysis from relational databases.
• Work with Linux-based environments for development, testing, and basic deployment activities.
• Help implement, test, and validate machine learning models and algorithms under guidance from senior engineers and data scientists.
• Collaborate closely with the team to understand requirements, break down tasks, and deliver working solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and team knowledge-sharing sessions to continuously improve your technical skills.
• Learn and apply best practices in software engineering, data handling, and AI development.

What skills will be appreciated?

• Intermediate proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (academic, personal, or internship projects).
• Comfort working with the Linux command line and basic system concepts.
• Foundational understanding of machine learning concepts (e.g., supervised vs unsupervised learning, model evaluation).
• Interest in AI technologies and willingness to continuously learn new tools and frameworks.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment.
