Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in AI / ML / NLP engineering, with a focus on conversational or customer-facing AI.

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, RAG architectures, function/tool calling, and model evaluation.

• Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java / TypeScript / C#, with experience building production-grade APIs and services.

• Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, and API integrations.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and secure coding practices.
